That's right! Today makes 7 months of extra-uterine existence for Miss Emily! Momma is all excited and amazed that her girl is growing up so darn fast. Melissa, the Parents as Teachers Lady, came over last night to do her assessment on Miss Em and visit with Princess Allison. The Princess got to go bed and we played with Emily. She was in the top her age in everything, except social interaction. We couldn't narrow down if she will look at herself and try to "play" with herself in the mirrow. She was looking at mommy and Melissa, but I'm not sure about looking at herself. She was having way too much fun!

I had a freaking meltdown when Ivy turned 40 weeks outside of me. From then on, her life on the outside was more than on the in. It was traumatic for me!
